You’ve heard the names, you’ve seen the It Girls tag them. That’s right, I’m talking about the trendy brands of the moment. From Realisation Par to Miaou, these whether you’ve Realised it or not (see what I did there???) these brands have been all over your feed.
In the interest of your wallet, the environment, and my obsession with clothes – I’ve found some thrifted pieces inspired by these brands. Please note, these are not dupes – they’re just pieces that I’ve found that resemble products made by these brands (i.e. style, silhouette, colors etc).
Keep reading and good luck thrifting <333
Realisation Par

For this piece, I just looked for vintage patterned shift dresses. Also never be afraid to wear things differently than how they were originally intended. For the top dress, I would wear this backward so the V-neck was in the back to more closely resemble the Realisation piece. Pretty sure that’s what they mean by business in the front, party in the back

Although the patterns aren’t the same, these dresses have similar halter necklines and silhouettes to the Realisation midi dresses (which in and of themselves seem vintage-inspired)

Corset-style tanks are all over Miaou’s page, and fortunately corsets are one of the easiest things to thrift. Here are a few examples!
Frankie’s Bikinis

If you were around in the 2000s (which I hope you were, because if not, then in my mind you are a fetus and I don’t know how you got internet access), then you know that these knit zip-up cardigans have had their moment before. I won’t complain though, they’re cozy and perfect for fall. Here are some examples of similar ones to those sold by Frankie’s Bikini’s
Gimaguas

Ever since I saw this top on both LDR and DLC, I knew I wanted it. Sure, it’s a nip slip waiting to happen. But you know what? If it does then you’re welcome, world
