Outfit Inspo: Camille Charriere

if you’re into fashion, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of Camille Charriere. The once corporate-finance-job-holding millennial launched a successful fashion blog in 2010, ultimately landing her effective cool-girl status and front row seats at Fashion Week (did my manifestation wish-list somehow end up in her hands?)

Camille is known to mix vintage and contemporary for an impeccable wardrobe to go with her enviable “Parisian in London” life

below are 5 looks we love from Camille Charriere to hopefully serve as outfit inspo this week!

Mini Skirt + Leather Jacket + Boots

Knee-high boots are still very much having a moment and here Camille pairs them with a leather mini. This is a great look for that transitional period as we move from winter to spring and frankly you don’t know how to dress cause you don’t want to freeze your nips off nor do you want to be reduced to a human pit stain

Slip Dress + Cowboy Boots

We’ve already declared our love for slip dresses, and throwing on a pair of cowboy boots with them is a great way to take two pieces that are a seemingly unexpected pairing and turning them into something that actually really works.. which is ironically the exact phrasing I use to justify me putting hot sauce on literally everything

Leather Jacket + Jeans + Sneakers

This is such an easy outfit to replicate, which is actually one of the reasons we included this look. Fashion SHOULD be wearable and easy when you want it to be. Here Camille dons a classic leather jacket/jeans/sneakers outfit that looks both comfortable and practical

Midi Dress + Knee High Boots

We’ve been seeing a lot of midi dress-and-boots looks recently and we have to say, we’re here for it. Again, a great outfit for transitional weather – just throw on a leather jacket or even an oversized sweater to warm it up if needed! Or take a shot.. that usually works too

T-Shirt + Fun Pants

I didn’t know I needed pinstriped jeans until I saw this look. And my shopaholic ass thinks I need EVERYTHING. Patterned pants are another item that I’ve actually been able to find with relative ease at thrift stores, especially if you opt for a slightly oversized or looser-fit version, like Camille has on here. Pair it with a simple white tee that I KNOW you have (and if not, I KNOW you can thrift) and you’ve got yourself another easy spring-time look.
